‘Harmony’ is a dwarf iris cultivar of a reticulated iris. My handmade papers revealed the most beautiful abstract reticulated floral pattern… hence my title. I find the iris fascinating, and in the same way the iris has dots and lines to direct insects to the inner part of the flower, I also use dots and lines as symbols of connection in my paintings.
