At the time I painted this piece, I was accepting commissions. This was a commission from a beautiful textile artist named Jenny. She asked for an intuitive painting with mountains and pinks and greens. I later called this “Blushing in Nature”, as the shades of the pink make me think of blush, and cheek blushing, as well as how mother nature’s skys have that blushed pink…. “Blushing in Nature”
